Ensuring the shielding effectiveness of the enclosure requires a combination of materials, structure, and manufacturing processes. Materials: 6063 aluminum alloy, 1.5mm thick, conductivity >30% IACS. Structure: Six-sided continuous conductive surface, gap length less than λ/20 (15mm at 1GHz). Manufacturing Process: Beryllium copper springs are used at seams, with contact point spacing less than λ/20; ventilation holes use metal mesh with mesh size less than λ/20; the display window uses a transparent conductive film. Testing: The shielding chamber method is used to ensure shielding effectiveness greater than 40dB in the 30MHz-1GHz frequency band. Through this assurance, the FTU enclosure meets the shielding effectiveness requirements of IEC 61000-5-7.
