Fault waveform sampling needs to maintain accuracy in high-interference environments. A high-speed isolation and storage scheme is adopted. The sampling front end uses an ISO7240C isolation amplifier with a bandwidth of 1MHz. The ADC selected is ADS8588, with a sampling rate of 1MSPS and 16-bit accuracy. Data is transmitted to the storage unit via optical fiber, ensuring complete isolation. The power supply uses multi-stage filtering: CMZ3225A-501T common-mode inductor + PBZ1608E600Z0T ferrite bead + multi-value capacitors. PCB design: high-speed signals are placed on the inner layer, with impedance controlled at 50Ω. With this design, fault waveforms can still be accurately recorded in an electromagnetic environment of 10kV/m, meeting the requirements of the IEC 60255-24 power system transient data exchange standard.
