
Operating power supply interference isolation prevents interference with the control circuit. A DC-DC isolation module WRB2405S-3W is used, with an isolation voltage of 1500VDC and an efficiency of 85%. π-type filters are added to both the module's input and output: input side CMZ3225A-501T + 470μF; output side PWRA6045R6R8M0T + 220μF. PCB design: The bottom of the isolation module is recessed for enhanced insulation. The ground planes before and after isolation are separate, connected by a 100pF/2kV capacitor. Shielded cables are used for the operating power supply lines, with the shielding layer grounded at a single point. Through this isolation, power supply interference is attenuated by more than 60dB, and control-side noise is less than 50mVpp, meeting the IEC 60950-1 safety isolation requirements.
