In China, grid-connected PCS systems must meet a series of mandatory (GB) and recommended (GB/T) EMC standards. These mainly include:
1. Emission standards: GB 4824 (Limits and methods of measurement for radio frequency interference characteristics of industrial, scientific and medical equipment) or GB/T 9254 (Limits and methods of measurement for interference characteristics of information technology equipment), which specify limits for conducted and radiated emissions.
2. Immunity standards: The GB/T 17626 series (equivalent to IEC 61000-4), which specifies immunity requirements for electrostatic discharge, radiation, conducted emissions, surges, bursts, and voltage dips; specific requirements depend on the product type and installation environment.
3. Grid-connection specific standards: GB/T 19939 (Technical requirements for grid connection of photovoltaic systems), GB/T 37408 (Testing procedures for grid-connected inverters of photovoltaic power generation systems), etc., which also include specific requirements and testing methods for EMC performance. In addition, industry standards for specific application scenarios (such as energy storage) should also be considered. Certification typically requires type testing by a third-party testing organization.
