Industrial AI edge gateway clusters support sharing AI model parameters through a distributed framework. Inter-node communication typically uses Ethernet or WiFi. Conducted interference and radiated emissions must be prevented. A common-mode choke (CMZ2012A-900T) and an ESDLC3V3D3B are added to the network port of each node. A PBZ1608E600Z0T ferrite bead is added to power the wireless module, and the antenna layout is optimized to avoid mutual coupling. Simultaneously, the node power supply is uniformly grounded. Actual measurements show that the synchronization error of model parameters during synchronous training with 10 nodes is <0.1%, and radiated emissions meet FCC Class A standards.
