
The industrial AI edge gateway supports separate uploading of key metadata and inference results, real-time transmission of original images, and timed or event-triggered uploading. To reduce transmission load, efficient EMC filtering is implemented at storage and network interfaces. Common-mode filters are added to SSDs (CMZ2012A-900T and TVS P4SMF5.0A), and common-mode chokes are added to the network ports (CMZ2012A-900T and ESDLC3V3D3B). Dual-link transmission is also adopted, with Ethernet and 5G serving as backups for each other. Actual measurements show that separate uploading reduces bandwidth usage by 70%, and EMC immunity meets standards.
