Communication interruption mitigation employs hardware redundancy and software recovery.
Hardware: Additional backup communication channels are added, such as simultaneous support for RS485 and Ethernet. Interface protection is enhanced: higher-level TVS diodes and common-mode inductors are used.
Software: A heartbeat detection mechanism ensures automatic reconnection upon timeout; data buffering allows for retransmission after interruption.
PCB design: Communication circuits are kept away from interference sources. Through this design, the communication interruption rate is reduced to below 0.001%, and system availability exceeds 99.9%.
