Which national standards does the motion controller MCEMC comply with?

Motion controllers (MCs) in the Chinese market must comply with EMC national standards that are generally equivalent to or modified from international standards.

Basic standards include: GB/T 17626 series (equivalent to IEC 61000-4 series), which specifies various immunity test methods; and GB 4824 (equivalent to CISPR 11), which specifies radio interference limits for industrial, scientific, and medical equipment.

Specific test items cover: conducted emissions, radiated emissions, electrostatic discharge, radiated immunity to radio frequency electromagnetic fields, bursts, surges, conducted immunity to radio frequency field-induced disturbances, power frequency magnetic fields, voltage dips, etc.

Products may also need to comply with industry standards, such as GB/T 18759 for machine tools. Manufacturers must select applicable test items and levels based on product classification and intended use environment, and obtain EMC test reports from qualified testing institutions to meet the requirements of China's mandatory product certification or voluntary certification.
