
The EMC rectification focus for this equipment is on the centrifuge drive unit. Shielded cables should be used for the input and output power cables of the centrifuge inverter drive, and an output reactor or dv/dt filter should be installed at the drive output to suppress high-frequency common-mode and differential-mode noise. The power supply for the optical detection module must be physically separated from the drive power supply and filtered independently. Shielded cables should be used for the signal lines of the photoelectric sensors, and differential input should be used in the receiving circuit to suppress common-mode interference. Signal communication between the control unit and the centrifuge unit should employ opto-isolation or differential serial communication (e.g., RS-485, equipped with ESDSM712 protection).
