The surgical navigation system requires EMC protection for the positioning subsystem. For optical positioning camera arrays, shielded cables should be used for power supply and data lines, and the camera's own switching power supply should be well-filtered. For electromagnetic positioning transmitters and receivers, the analog signal chain requires an extremely high signal-to-noise ratio, the circuit board should be precisely laid out and shielded, and impedance control should be applied to critical traces. The system's main computer should use a high-quality ATX power supply with an internal ferrite core to suppress noise. All connecting cables (e.g., USB 3.0, video cables) should be from reputable brands with good shielding performance, and low-capacitance ESD protection devices (e.g., ESD0524P) should be used at the interfaces.
