The core lies in component miniaturization and precise protection layout. It is essential to select highly integrated, small-form-factor protection and filtering components, such as TVS diodes and ferrite beads in 0201 or 0402 packages. The layout must strictly adhere to the "protection at the source" principle: For internal noise sources like motor drivers, place small TVS diodes or RC snubber circuits directly at the MOSFET drain or motor terminals to absorb transient energy via the shortest path, preventing noise propagation. For ESD protection on external interfaces, low-capacitance integrated protection arrays should be placed immediately behind the connector. For power supply filtering, π-type filters composed of small-sized ferrite beads and capacitors can replace traditional bulky inductors, achieving high-frequency noise suppression with minimal area.
