How to reduce crosstalk between concentrator modules?

Crosstalk may occur when different functional modules (main control board, carrier board, acquisition board) within the concentrator are interconnected via connectors or cables. Reducing crosstalk requires addressing the interface circuitry, connectors, and cables. On the interface circuitry, connect a small resistor (22-100Ω) or a ferrite bead (PBZ1005B-501Z0T) in series with each interconnect signal line. For parallel buses, insert ground wires (GND) between signal groups for isolation. Connectors with shielded housings are preferred, and the housings should be securely connected to the chassis or ground plane of the modules on both sides. Interconnect cables should use twisted-pair cables (for differential signals) or shielded cables, with the shield connected to the chassis at both ends or at least one end. During layout, avoid placing high-frequency noise lines (such as clock signals) in the same wiring harness or on adjacent pins of connectors with sensitive analog lines. By implementing these measures, the crosstalk voltage between modules can be reduced to below 50mV.
