Recently, the Shanghai EMC Laboratory of Yin Te Electronics welcomed a new partner: the Automotive Interference Simulation Testing System. This set of equipment can perform automotive load surge testing based on meeting ISO16750 requirements.

The joining of new instruments has improved the laboratory's testing projects and can provide customers with more testing services that require higher quality.

At present, Yin Te Electronics Shanghai EMC Laboratory can conduct the following tests:

1. Surge testing

According to IEC61000-4-5 and GB/T17626.5, surge tests shall be conducted on the common mode of AC power supply terminals, DC power supply terminals, unshielded asymmetric interconnects, and common mode of indoor and outdoor unshielded symmetric interconnects of customer products.

2. Electrical Fast Transient Pulse Swarm Immunity Test

According to IEC61000-4-4 and GB/T17626.4, conduct pulse group experiments on the AC/DC power supply port, signal port, and control port of the customer's product.

3. Static electricity experiment

According to IEC61000-4-2, GB/T17626.22, ISO10605, and GB/T19951, static electricity testing is conducted on customer products.

4. Vehicle testing

① According to ISO7637, test the following experiments

P1,P2A

P3A,P3B

② According to ISO16750-2, test the following experiments

Stacked AC voltage

The gradual decrease and increase of power supply voltage

Instantaneous drop in supply voltage

Reset performance for voltage dips

startup feature

P2B,P4

Throw load 5A, throw load 5B

5. Voltage withstand test

6. Conduction&Radiation Testing

Radiation test: 30MHz~1GHz

Conduction test: 150k~30MHz

Note: Conducting tests can customize common mode and differential mode inductors based on the noise spectrum.
