The ESD24VD3 is designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from electrostatic discharge and transient overvoltage events in compact electronic designs. It features a 24V reverse standoff voltage with low leakage (1µA max), fast response, and strong clamping capability: 43V at 1A and 48V at 8A (8/20μs). Rated at 350W peak pulse power and supporting IEC 61000-4-5 lightning surge up to 12A, it complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (±15kV air, ±8kV contact) and is ideal for microprocessor-based equipment, notebooks/servers, portable instrumentation, and peripherals where robust transient immunity and reliability are required.
