The 1.0SMB39A is a surface-mount transient voltage suppressor rated at 1000W peak pulse power (10/1000µs), designed to protect 36–39V DC power lines from lightning surges, inductive switching transients, and overvoltage spikes. The DO-214AA (SMB) package enables compact PCB integration and reliable thermal performance in industrial power supplies, control systems, and communication equipment.
