The 5.0SMDJ15A-H is an automotive-grade TVS diode designed to protect 15V DC power lines from severe transient overvoltage conditions. Featuring a 5000W peak pulse capability (10/1000µs) and AEC-Q101 compliance, it offers fast clamping, stable electrical performance and high surge robustness. The DO-214AB (SMC) package ensures reliable surface-mount protection in automotive and industrial applications.
