The 5.0SMDJ22A-H is an automotive-grade, high-reliability TVS diode designed to protect 22V DC power lines from lightning surges, load dump events and switching transients. With a 5000W peak pulse rating (10/1000µs) and AEC-Q101 compliance, it ensures fast clamping response and stable protection performance. The DO-214AB (SMC) package enables durable surface-mount designs.
