The 5.0SMDJ48A-H is an automotive-grade, high-reliability TVS diode designed to protect 48V DC power lines from surge, load dump and switching transients. With a 5000W peak pulse capability (10/1000µs) and AEC-Q101 compliance, it ensures fast clamping response, low leakage and stable protection performance. Its DO-214AB (SMC) package makes it ideal for 48V automotive architectures and industrial DC systems.
