The 5.0SMDJ75A-H is an automotive-grade TVS diode designed to protect 75V DC power lines from surge, load dump and switching transients. With a 5000W peak pulse rating (10/1000µs) and AEC-Q101 compliance, it delivers fast clamping, stable electrical performance and high surge reliability. The DO-214AB (SMC) package ensures robust surface-mount protection in automotive and industrial power systems.
