The 5KP20A is a high-reliability unidirectional transient voltage suppressor rated at 5000W peak pulse power (10/1000µs). It provides ultra-fast clamping and low dynamic resistance to protect sensitive 20V DC power rails in industrial control, automation, and low-voltage power electronics from lightning and switching transients.
