The 6.6SMDJ36A-H is an automotive-grade TVS diode engineered to protect 36V DC power lines from severe transient overvoltage events such as load dump and lightning surge. With a 6600W peak pulse rating (10/1000µs), AEC-Q101 qualification and ISO 7637-2 compliance, it delivers fast clamping response and robust surge capability. The DO-214AB (SMC) package ensures reliable surface-mount protection.
