The 8.0SMDJ100A is a high-reliability TVS diode engineered to protect 100V DC power lines from lightning surge, inductive switching and other transient overvoltage conditions. Rated at 8000W peak pulse power (10/1000µs), it provides fast clamping and stable long-term performance. The DO-214AB (SMDJ) package ensures robust thermal handling and reliable PCB mounting.
