SMDJ36CA-H

The SMDJ36CA-H is a high-reliability bidirectional TVS diode engineered for transient overvoltage protection on 36V AC/DC lines. With a 3000W peak pulse rating (10/1000µs) and AEC-Q101 qualification, it provides fast symmetrical clamping and dependable performance. The DO-214AB (SMC) package supports rugged automotive and industrial applications.
