RS1M is a surface mount fast recovery rectifier rated at 1000V reverse voltage and 1A average forward current. It features controlled reverse recovery time around 500ns, low junction capacitance of approximately 15pF, and strong surge current capability of 30A in SMA package. The diode is suitable for high-frequency rectification in switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, adapters, chargers and industrial power systems.
