S3MC

S3MC is a high voltage general purpose rectifier rated at 1000V and 3A average forward current. It offers low forward voltage drop around 1.1V, strong surge endurance of 90A, and stable thermal performance in robust SMC package, ideal for industrial power supplies, rectifier bridges, chargers, and AC-DC converters.
