Do data center switches (REs) meet the electromagnetic environment requirements of the computer room?

Data center switches must meet the GR-1089-CORE NEBS standard and EN55032/GB9254 Class A limits for radiated emissions. However, in high-density data center deployments, the combined radiation from multiple devices may exceed the limits. Typical telecom-grade requirements: radiated field strength ≤40dBμV/m@3m (Class A limit approximately 50dBμV/m). Design targets should be 6dB stricter than standard limits to ensure mass production consistency. Yinte Electronics' complete EMC design solution has passed testing by the China Telecommunication Technology Labs (CTTL), with a radiated emission margin >8dB@all frequency bands. For ultra-dense AI cluster deployments, a fully shielded chassis + optical interconnect solution is recommended, which can reduce radiated emissions by 25dB compared to copper cable solutions.
