During the 80MHz-1GHz radiated immunity test, the display module exhibited flickering, indicating that high-frequency electromagnetic fields were coupling to the display interface or the driver chip's power supply. The solution is to strengthen shielding and filtering. Use a shielded cable and ground the shielding layer 360 degrees at both ends. Connect a small resistor or ferrite bead in series on each signal line of the display interface and place a small capacitor to ground near the driver end. Add a π-type filter to the power supply of the display driver IC. Ensure that the display module has a local metal shield and is properly grounded. By blocking the interference coupling path and purifying the power supply and signal, display abnormalities caused by radiated immunity testing can be effectively suppressed.
