When handling DTU communication cable shielding, it is crucial to select the appropriate shielding type and termination method. Shielding type selection: Use braided shielding (coverage of 85% or more) for high-frequency noise and foil shielding for low-frequency noise. Termination should use shielding clips or connector metal shells, crimped 360 degrees. Shielding grounding: Single-end grounding avoids ground loops, while double-end grounding reduces high-frequency impedance. Use a filter connector at the cable entry point. During testing, radiated emission tests were conducted, comparing the results before and after shielding treatment; radiation decreased by 20dB. Proper handling can suppress cable radiated and conducted noise, improving system EMC performance.
