low-cost DTU EMC optimization solution includes rational layout, selection of cost-effective components, and simplified design. In terms of layout, critical traces are shortened to reduce loop area. High-quality domestic common-mode inductors, such as the CML3225A-510T, are selected, offering performance close to imported inductors at a lower cost. A π-type filter, composed of inductors and capacitors, replaces the dedicated filter. The shielding design is simplified, with partial shielding replacing overall shielding. Simulation optimization is used to avoid over-design. This low-cost solution can meet standard EMC performance requirements while keeping cost increases within 5%, making it suitable for price-sensitive products.
