Controlling EMC consistency in DTU mass production requires oversight across the supply chain, manufacturing processes, and testing. The supply chain ensures that critical EMC components (such as the common-mode inductor CML4532A-510T and safety capacitors) come from qualified suppliers and are batch-consistent. Manufacturing processes control welding quality and shielding installation torque. For testing, a mass production EMC sampling inspection process is established, with 3-5 units randomly selected from each batch for radiated and conducted emission testing. Statistical process control (SPC) is used to monitor key parameters. Consistency control can keep product EMC performance fluctuations within ±3dB, ensuring stable and reliable products on the market.
