When treating gap shielding in DTU panels, electrical continuity must be ensured. Use conductive pads, such as wire mesh pads or conductive foam, to fill the gaps with a compression of 30%-50%. Remove paint from the panel-to-housing contact surfaces to expose the metal substrate, or apply a conductive paint coating. Screw spacing should be less than λ/20 (typically less than 5cm) to ensure a tight connection. For display windows, use transparent conductive film (such as ITO) or wire mesh shielding glass. During testing, use a scanning gun to measure the electric field strength at the gaps; it should be less than the limit by 10dB. Gap treatment can improve shielding effectiveness by 20dB.
