To address packet loss in DTU wireless communication, it's crucial to pinpoint the interference source and optimize the design. Using a spectrum analyzer to scan the noise bands where packet loss occurs reveals common interference sources such as switching power supplies and clock harmonics. Strengthen power supply filtering by adding a common-mode inductor (CML4532A-510T) and capacitors. Optimize antenna placement by keeping it away from metal objects. Add a shielding cover to cover the wireless module. On the software side, adjust the transmit power and retransmission mechanism. After these improvements, the packet loss rate should decrease from 5% to below 0.1% under the same conditions. Systematic improvements can enhance the reliability of wireless communication.
