When PCS products undergo EMC certification in China, immunity testing is required according to the GB/T 17626 series standards (equivalent to the IEC 61000-4 series). The core test items typically include:
1. Electrostatic discharge immunity (GB/T 17626.2): Tests the equipment's tolerance to electrostatic discharge.
2. Radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity (GB/T 17626.3): Tests the equipment's operational stability under radiated radio frequency fields.
3. Electrical fast transient/burst immunity (GB/T 17626.4): Tests the equipment's immunity to pulse groups generated by switching operations in the power grid.
4. Surge (impulse) immunity (GB/T 17626.5): Tests the equipment's tolerance to surges caused by lightning strikes and power grid operations.
5. Radio frequency field induced conducted interference immunity (GB/T 17626.6): Tests the equipment's resistance to radio frequency interference coupled through cables. In addition, voltage sags and interruptions (GB/T 17626.11/34) are also often key assessment points for grid-connected PCS.
