EMC compliance of FTU feeder equipment must be considered in advance during the design phase.
Emission limits: According to GB/T 9254 Class B (residential environment) or Class A (industrial environment).
Immunity limits: According to GB/T 17626 series, such as ESD 8kV contact discharge, surge 4kV.
Compliance measures: Select low-radiation components; optimize PCB layout; strengthen shielding; add filtering protection.
Pre-testing: Conduct EMC scanning tests during the R&D phase to identify and rectify out-of-range frequencies.
Finally, pass third-party laboratory certification testing. Through system design, the FTU can meet all EMC limit requirements and obtain CE, FCC, and other certifications.
