The outdoor enclosure needs to balance EMC shielding and IP protection. It employs a double-layer structure: the inner shielding layer is made of 1.5mm thick aluminum alloy with conductive gaskets at the seams; the outer protective layer is made of engineering plastic, meeting IP65 standards. Ventilation holes use a combination of wire mesh and dustproof mesh; the display window uses a transparent conductive film and tempered glass. Sealing utilizes conductive rubber sealing strips to ensure both shielding continuity and waterproofing. Surface treatment: the enclosure is coated with conductive paint to maintain conductivity. This design achieves a shielding effectiveness >40dB@1GHz and an IP65 protection rating, meeting the requirements for harsh outdoor environments.
