Panel gap shielding prevents electromagnetic leakage. Conductive gaskets are used: beryllium copper springs (gap 0.5-2mm) or conductive rubber (gap >2mm) are selected based on the gap size. Installation requirements: gasket compression rate 30%-70%, contact pressure greater than 5 N·m. The coating is removed from the panel-housing contact surface to ensure metal-to-metal contact. Screw fixing point spacing is less than λ/20 (15mm at 1GHz). For the display window, transparent conductive film (ITO) or a metal mesh interlayer is used. Through this treatment, the gap shielding effectiveness is greater than 40dB@1GHz, meeting the IEC 61000-5-7 shielding requirements.
