The core lies in implementing strict system-level partitioning and isolation. It is essential to physically and electrically separate the high-voltage therapy circuit from the low-voltage signal and control circuits during the architectural design phase. Use metal shielding enclosures to fully encapsulate the high-voltage modules, and employ optocouplers or isolation transformers on critical signal paths to achieve electrical isolation, thereby cutting off energy coupling through spatial radiation or conduction paths. In PCB layout, ensure sufficient distance between high-voltage traces and sensitive low-voltage lines, avoid parallel routing, and place grounded shielding layers between them.
