The industrial AI edge gateway is deeply adapted to the OpenVINO TensorRT acceleration engine, improving inference performance by over 30%. To ensure that the PCIe link is not affected by electrostatic discharge when the acceleration engine calls the GPU/NPU, a TVS P4SMF 5.0A filter (designated P4SMF 400W, SOD123FL package, 5.0A, VRWM=5.0V, unidirectional) and a common-mode filter CMZ2012A-900T in series with the data line are added to suppress common-mode emissions. For the HDMI display interface, an ESDLLC 5V0D8BH filter (designated ESDLLC, ultra-low capacitance 5V0 D8BH, DFN1006-2L, bidirectional junction capacitance 0.3pF) is used, compatible with 4K 60Hz video output. Testing shows that the radiated emissions during TensorRT acceleration meet FCC Class B standards.
