The industrial AI edge gateway supports infrared and visible light dual-light fusion inference applications such as power inspection. To ensure the synchronization of dual MIPI signals and prevent ESD interference, a common-mode filter CMZ20212A-900T needs to be connected in series at each CSI-2 interface, and an ESD LC5V0D8B with a junction capacitance of 5pF needs to be added to the I2C control line. Meanwhile, the infrared thermal imager is usually powered by 12V and can be connected in parallel with a TVS SMBJ12CA (named SMBJ, packaged 600W 12V, rule B). The nominal breakdown voltage is 12V, the actual VRWM is 12V, and the clamping voltage is 19.9V to absorb surges. The measured dual-channel video AI inference frame rate is 30fps, with EFT ±2kV and no frame drops.
