Will the AI inference function be interrupted during EFT testing of an industrial AI edge gateway?

The industrial AI edge gateway, with its optimized EMC design, achieves zero AI inference interruption during IEC61000-4-4 ±4kV EFT testing. Key measures include:

1. Adding a common-mode choke (CMZ3225A-501T) and a 0.47μF capacitor to the power input;

2. Connecting a 1nF capacitor in parallel to the DC-DC enable pin to delay startup and prevent false triggering;

3. Connecting a PBZ1608E600Z0T ferrite bead in series with the AI processor reset signal line and a 5V ESD0D8B clamping device in parallel;

4. Grounding the shielding layer of all I/O cables 360° and adding a ferrite core (CMZ7060A-701T).

Actual testing showed that during a continuous 5-minute EFT test, the AI inference frame rate remained stable at 30fps ± 1.5fps without reset or freezing.
