Industrial AI edge gateways operate in environments with 95% high humidity for extended periods, requiring protection against moisture absorption by the PCB and components to prevent insulation degradation and filtering performance deterioration. Measures include:

1) Applying a 50-100μm thick layer of conformal coating to the entire board to isolate moisture;

2) Using a moisture-resistant common-mode inductor (CMLA4532A-101T) that is automotive-grade and has passed dual 85 testing;

3) Filling the bottom of the AI chip BGA with adhesive to prevent electrochemical migration of solder joints;

4) Connecting a parallel varistor at the power input terminal with a moisture-resistant coating, undergoing dual 85 1000h testing, resulting in a AI inference accuracy decrease of <1% and an EMC performance margin of >3dB.
