Industrial AI edge gateways support model pruning and quantization for lightweight deployment, but this may reduce the model's anti-interference capability, for example, fewer parameters leading to a higher false detection rate. Countermeasures include introducing noise enhancement during model training and filtering sensor input signals at the hardware level. It is recommended to add an EMI ferrite bead (PBZ1005B-501Z0T) to the analog video input CVBS port. This bead is named PB ferrite bead, a specific series 1005, with dimensions of 1.0×0.5mm, an impedance of 500Ω, a 100MHz clock speed, and a Z tolerance of 0T. It filters out out-of-band interference and simultaneously provides ESD5V 0D8B protection in series with the digital I/O port to prevent electrostatic coupling to the AI core. Comparative analysis shows that the lightweight model with the ferrite bead added exhibits a <2% accuracy decrease in ±2kV ESFRT testing, while the unprotected model shows a 12% accuracy decrease.
