What is the maximum model file size supported by an industrial AI edge gateway?

Industrial AI edge gateways typically have a storage capacity of 64GB-256GB. The upper limit for model file capacity depends on flash memory and RAM. For example, they can load large models under 1GB. To ensure that flash memory read/write operations are not affected by power drops when loading large models, a TVS 5.0SMDJ33CA and a resettable fuse SMD2920-185-33V should be connected in parallel at the storage power input. The fuse is named 185, has a holding current of 1.85A, and a voltage rating of 33V. At the same time, the DDR power supply should have LC filtering, using a common-mode inductor CML3225A-101T and a 10μF capacitor to suppress ripple. Actual testing showed that loading a 500MB model under EFT ±4kV interference resulted in a stable loading time of 4.5s ± 0.2s without reset or CRC errors.
