Can industrial AI edge gateways perform fusion AI analysis on data from multiple devices?

The industrial AI edge gateway supports the fusion and AI analysis of data from multiple sensors, including vision, vibration, and temperature. Synchronous acquisition of multi-source data requires high-precision time synchronization via IEEE 1588 PTP. With numerous I/O interfaces, a unified EMC protection scheme is necessary. For analog inputs, PBZ1608E600Z0T ferrite beads and TVS P6KE6.8CA are added; for digital inputs, optocoupler isolation and ESD5V0D8B are added; and for PTP network ports, common-mode chokes CMZ2012A-900T and ESDLC3V3D3B are added. Actual measurements show that multi-source data fusion and AI analysis exhibits jitter <1ms under EFT ±2kV.
