The industrial AI edge gateway AI module experiences transient current jumps from 0.2A to 3A, requiring the power filter to suppress noise without causing excessively slow dynamic response. The design utilizes a common-mode inductor CML4532A-101T with an inductance of 100μH, a saturation current of 5A, and a DC resistance of 18mΩ. This, combined with a 220μF + 0.1μF MLCC capacitor, forms a π-type filter with a cutoff frequency <10kHz. A 5.0SMDJ33CA TVS is connected in parallel to prevent surges. Actual testing shows that the AI module's voltage drop from standby to full load is <80mV, and the recovery time is <30μs, meeting the power supply requirements of the AI chip.
