Is the AI recognition accuracy of industrial AI edge gateways stable in strong magnetic field environments?

The industrial AI edge gateway should maintain stable AI recognition accuracy under IEC61000-4-8 100A/m power frequency magnetic field conditions. Design measures include:

1. Keeping the AI processor and DDR away from transformers and high-current circuits;

2. Adding high-permeability alloy shielding to Hall sensors and other magnetically sensitive devices;

3. Tightly coupling differential signal lines on the PCB with a spacing ≤5mil;

4. Connecting a PBZ1608E600Z0T ferrite bead in series with the reset and interrupt lines to suppress induced electromotive force;

5. Connecting a TVS 5.0SMDJ33CA and a 2200μF capacitor in parallel at the power input to withstand voltage drops.

After power system testing at 100A/m for 1 minute, the AI recognition accuracy slightly decreased from 99.6% to 99.2%, which is within the allowable range.
