Industrial AI edge gateways support online learning and incremental training, but the self-learning process requires frequent read/write operations to storage and network transmission, making them susceptible to conducted interference that can damage model parameters. It is recommended to add a two-stage EMI filter to the power input port: a first-stage common-mode inductor (CMZ3225A-501T, 500Ω, 100MHz) and a second-stage differential-mode capacitor (0.47μF). Simultaneously, use dual-channel common-mode chokes (CMZ2012A-900T) at the gigabit Ethernet port and configure a TVS ESDLC3V3D3B for MDI signal protection. Additionally, insert a PBZ1608E600Z0T ferrite bead into the SSD power supply line. Actual measurements show a 3V/m radiated interference immunity self-learning success rate of 98.5%, which drops to 76% without protection.
