The industrial AI edge gateway is equipped with a 128GB-1TB SSD to cache 7 days of AI inference results and original images. This ensures EMC reliability of the storage system during frequent read/write operations. A common-mode filter (CMZ2012A-900T) is connected in series at the SATA/PCIe interface, and PBZ1608E600Z0T ferrite beads and a P4SMF5.0A TVS are added to the SSD power supply. The storage controller also has good heat dissipation. After 7 consecutive days of stress testing, the read/write speeds remained stable, cached data was not lost, and radiation emissions were within acceptable limits.
