The AI inference results from the industrial AI edge gateway are uploaded to the cloud via 4G/5G or Ethernet, with a typical latency of 50-200ms. To ensure low latency and prevent network interface interference, a common-mode filter (CMZ2012A-900T) and an ESDLC3V3D3B are added to the Ethernet PHY. A PBZ1608E600Z0T ferrite bead is connected in series with the 5G module power supply to suppress radio frequency noise and optimize the TCP/IP protocol stack. In actual testing, the average upload latency in 5G SA mode is 68ms, with an EFT ±2kV latency jitter of <10ms.
