The industrial AI edge gateway undergoes voltage sag testing according to IEC61000-4-29. It can withstand 40% of the rated voltage for 10ms, 70% for 100ms, and 5% voltage fluctuation (0% drop) for 20ms with stable operation. The design employs a large-capacity 1000μF/50V energy storage capacitor connected in parallel to the 24V input, along with a parallel TVS 5.0SMDJ33CA to prevent capacitor overvoltage. A self-resetting fuse SMD2920-185-33V and a common-mode inductor CML4532A-101T are added before the DC-DC input to enhance hold-up time. Actual testing showed continuous AI inference without interruption under 5% voltage fluctuation (95% drop).
